Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Contact must be made within the first 7 days after delivery, or no return or exchange will be granted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Earrings cannot be returned due to sanitary issues.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Commissioned or custom pieces are non-refundable as is the initial deposit made on the item.
  • Gift Certificates.
  • Downloadable items.
  • Items that have normal wear and tear that are not caused by a defect made by the artisan.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via PayPal and PayPal’s refund policies.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damage or Defect

We will only replace items that have a defect created by the artisan. Items that have normal wear and tear or have been damaged by an accident are non-refundable. These items can be repaired at the customer’s expense.

Gifted Items

If you have received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at Once the item has been returned, you will be issued a gift credit to be used on the website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
